My Account is Paid, but website suspended

On 3 October 2013 I made a payment of R690 (I have the proof of payment) for the annual domain renewal and a year's subscription for the website [URL Removed] with Websolutions. Since then I have received two emails stating that my account is in arrears and the website was suspended in the mean time.

If you try to call the company on their landline if gives and engaged signal, nobody ever answers their cellphone number and you can't leave a message as the mailbox is full and their emails keep bouncing back with a delivery error message.

I suspect this company has problems and don't speak to their clients, which is arrogant and not the way to treat paying clients. Avoid if you can. If someone from Websolutions reads this, please respond.
