Two days ago I got a "your line has been suspended" message from my hand set. I phoned and spoke to Lydia who assured me service would be reinstated the following morning. After 7 emails of which all contained the proof of payment I was told she knocked off at 10 and can not help me. I phoned their 180 number and spoke to a very rude Colleen. Emails was sent again and I was also reminded about her knock off time. Then, yesterday, I phoned 180 again, speaking to Tseki at billing. Same story. Knocking off at 10 and sending emails. I need my line as it is used for my business. Sick of 8ta and want to cancel this contract. Ive had it with their knocking off times and sending emails!!

What ever you do, do not support 8ta. Rather go to a reputible company thats not forever knocking off.
