Cell C you once again disappoint

Cell C congratulations once again you have not delivered. I have written two Hello Peter reports and your answers to me are simply window dressing. You yourselves say ask for you statement to be e-mailed to you and we will do it. That I have asked for several times and as of yet have not received a statement. If the statement had come I could have queried why I am been charged R478 as apposed to the R250 which we concluded was the right amount for the two contracts I have with you.
May I suggest to whoever maybe considering using Cell C - that they are not a good option as they do not follow through and they are on their own mission. The customer does not come first!!!
