I have an account with Cell C that dates back 3 years, this particular account has been giving me problems for the past year.
It all started when I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy SII last year some time.
From last year to this year I still have not yet received any statement from this account.
I have called in to customer care and spoken to numerous consultants who have promised me that I will receive my statement via email every month no stress but It has just been an uphill battle to just get my statement via email.
I'm not sure what is so hard to send it through becuase everytime I call in the consultants can see it on the system but do not understand why it has not yet been sent through to me.
My experience with Cell C has been smooth sailing before this little mishap if we could call it that.
