You say 100% customer satisfaction well i suggest you remove that from your website because you failed to deliver that satisfaction to a customer i place and order with you on line on the 13th of march and your website said i will expect delivery on the 15 march 2013 i have been sitting at the same place all morning and all day i then make a call to you contact centre i speak to a lady that tell me she needs to call the courier company to find out where is the delivery she calls me 5min back and tell me my package has been delivered to some one else and signed for it which i don't at all know who the that is! i then tell here i am the person waiting for the package how can someone else get the package!!! i then call back to speak to some one in a high position to sort my problem out but then i explain my situation to a lady that says shes going to investigate and will get back to me she calls me back and tells me that there was no stock of what i ordered!!! ( your website showed there stock) and then she says the stock only came today and it will be delivered on monday 18 march 2013!!! what the no calls me to tell me no one calls to say when i get delivery.
