I sent my phone for repairs, I couldn't get a signal and it was not charging properly. I received a quote of R2404.98 of which I think is too much. I then asked what the amount was for as the phone was not even physically damged. I received a call on Tuesday (08/01/2013) and was promised that I will receive a call within 24hrs from the repair centre to explain the charges. It's almost a week later and still no phone call. The repair Reference number is CLC876876. I need my handset.
