Cell c has poor service

An agent by the name of sipho called me from cell c direct offering me a apple i phone he said on the call recording 3 times i was approved a day later when i was tracking my order it said cancelled i have called cell c about 15 times still no 1 has got back to me to tell me why my order was cancelled a team leader also said he will get a manager to call me but no 1 has cell c really has a poor turn around time.
