Bad service

After having to wait almost 6 weeks for my phone to be repaired due to bad communication between the shop and the repair center. I got my phone back without its back cover. The shop assured me that they put in a query while I was still in at the store. After waiting almost 2 weeks with no feed back I went back to the store and no one knew anything about the query. I only got a call 3 days later and was assured that they now asked for the cover from the repair center. Yet another week has gone by and still no feed back. When phoning the store the phone just keeps on ringing with no answer. It is clear that Cell C has no regard of serving their customers and has a incompetent work force
