Terrible service

I was at MTN on Saturday and the lady that was supposed to be assisting clients has such a bad attitude. She continued playing on her PC and was so unhelful. I tried explaining to her that the call centre told me to come in but all she said while playing on her PC was that the call centre staff did not know what they were doing and that we must call again, if we call again and if we get told to into the branch then we should cut the call and call again. What is the use of your service center in Volksrust if they can not assist. I then attempted calling the regional administrator who todate has not called me back. Pathetic service
