My contract is due for a renewal, so I go to the Cresta store on Saturday to renew and upgrade my contract to a package advertised on their website. After an hour off receiving bad attitude and filling out forms I am told they cannot assist me because the "contract codes are not loaded on their system". The rude lady advised we need to call the call centre to fix the problem!!! or call the store to see if the problem is fixed. The next day we call another branch and the sales assistant is also clueless. On Monday I call the call centre after explaining the whole scenario... Guess what??? she cannot assist as well. I was advised to go back to the store. So i then decide to leave a complaint on their website (assuming some bright spark will be able to assist) and then that too went terribly wrong. This person cannot even read!!! Judging by the 86% complaints that you have I have accepted the fact that the chances of someone assisting me is not going to happen anytime soon. Give me a call when you employ someone who has a little bit of common sense or when you decide to "service your customers". I wonder if you will notice if I miss a payment???
