Call center staff

I'm disgusted by the services given by the call center staff at house and home, there is a few of those who assist professionally but the rest of them don't respect the person who is calling as a customer. When I call in i feel like I'm intruding whereas they are supposed to be there for assistance.
Its truly disgusting and disrespectful they speak to you like they are at a tavern somewhere. Change your attitude or you will lose customers!!!
