Some of my channel not playing and it shows a message about connection lost but others are working and it says contact call centre if it persit. when i call the call centre was told to call in the morning and i find it very disturbing as you MULTICHOICE bill us every month but yert no service. for the day i have paid i get not to watch television it is not fair to be told to wait till morning but when you need money yoou do not wait. so my channels not playing what do do?
