I made a cellphone upgrade online and the phone was delivered at my workplace on the 14th June 2013. I switched the phone on that evening and left it on the charger until the later that evening. I decided to check if my data and airtime were in, which was but was less than what i had expected. I then decided to call the 808 number and was advised that i will only be getting my full airtime/data package on the 21st of June which made sense to me.

Between Friday evening and Saturday morning i had been checking my balances because i had realized that my data had been disappearing and by Saturday morning it was all finished. I then called back the 808 number obviously to query this and i spoke to a lady by the name of Zanele, who in my opinion was just a waste of my time. Her not being willing to be of assistance, she transferred my call to Oscar. I explained to Oscar what i had told Zanele regarding my data and he was even worse then Zanele and transferred me to his Supervisor Louise. Louise listened and assured me that she will get the Customer service people to call me back as this was supposed to have been dealt by them. As i am tipping, i am still waiting for that call.
