On the 27 of June 2013 I bought airtime using the OTA service from edgards, the airtime didn't go through I tried it twice it said my transaction was succesfull both times but I didn't get my airtime. I checked my edgars account and there was those charges for airtime I didn't receive went to Jabulani mall and they called the OTA service I spoke to esther mavhengani who claims to be the supervisor, she was very rood to me as I told her that I want them to reverse the transaction because I payed for something I didn't get she then decides to send me the two R60 airtime vouchers and she tells me that its not reversable and the is nothing she can do about it. I told her I wasn't happy with their service as they didn't even communicate to say they are having problems so why must I suffer for that they are making their problems my problems I no longer want those vouchers I want my money back to my edgars account. Esther the supervisor didn't even care she didn't want to listen to me she did not help me at all I'm dissapointed about the service I got from OTA
