I dnt understand why MTN keeps taking my airtime, on wednesday I loaded R30 it dissapeared within 24hrs yet in only subscribed to 'Whatsapp' 2day I loaded R5 airtime in the morning and MTN took it again.

I called in Customer Service around 9:45am this morning I spoke to 'Nondumiso buthelezi' who was totally rude to me, my question is since when do consultants shout at cusromers? She told me that she can not assist me reason being that the system was down, How is that my problem?? All I wnted to know was that where was my airtime going to! What made me more frastrated is that I asked to talk to her Supervisor (Nzuzo Lechaba) and she told me that he was not around. I then asked to talk to the person the supervisor reported to (Avenash Gorden) and Nondumiso told me that she was not their etheir.

I have had enough of MTN and its bad service! I can't even load more airtime on my phone because I'm scared it will dissapear again.
