Cell C
No Stock Nokia Lumia 920

I requested an upgrade from Cell C responding on their Nokia Lumia 920 add from start of December 2012. I've contacted their complaints department and it seemed that Cell C have put the public under false impression as they never had stock in the first place. It's now Feb 2013 and I'm still waiting on my phone. I contacted a few branches and were informed that they never had stock. I know the Consumer Protection Act prohibits false advertising.
