Dreadful and deceitful service

I visited the Cell C branch on 11 January 2013 in order to take up the offer on the iPhone 5. I was placed on the waiting list. On 16 or 17 January I received a call from the branch advising that they have stock of the phone. They said they did not have the phone in the black, but only in the white. I then said that I will wait for the black. All of a sudden they now actually had a black. On 17 January said that I will fetch the black phone on 18 January. They told me that I will definitely get the phone, so I could cancel my current contract with immediate effect with another provider. I then cancelled my older contract knowing that I was going to get a new one on 18 January. On 18 January I phoned the branch and was told that "the handsets were faulty so they cannot give any out". I was told that they would get new stock on 19 or 20 January the latest. On 23 January I am told that they may get stock only the next week. This is terrible, deceitful and disappointing service. I cancelled by previous contract for this, and I am now left without a contract, because of Cell C, until they get stock!! I need the phone now!! Cell C should not have put out the deal if they could not keep up!
