Upgrade delivery delay

Migration reference: R1305071 on 07/05/2013. Upgrade reference 3769014 also on 07/05/2013. I upgraded to the Nokia Lumia 620 and was assured that the phone is in stock.

Last week, 16/05/2013 I phoned to check on the progress of my upgrade and delivery of new handset to my office. I was then told that there is a delay on delivery because of a new courier company being employed and now the handset was also out of stock. I was promised feedback wich never came.

Today I phoned again and was told the handset was invoiced but the deliveries might only start on 27 May! This means I will be on new (increased) tariff without the use of said phone and service.

Pathetic!

I specifically did this migration telephonically because it is difficult for me to get to a branch. How can Autopage employ a new courier company that is unable to do deliveries for at least three weeks now? I find that hard to believe.

You are doing serious damage to my trust and confidence in you.
