Dead LIne for 4 days - PLEASE HELP!!!

I asked Telkom to please activate my ADSL line last week Thursday which they did on Friday and since then my landline has been out of order. I have since cancelled my ADSL line at the Greenstone Telkom store and they promised it would be fixed today (Monday morning). I have been trying the whole day to contact Sibonile at the shop to see what is happening and no one answers the phone. My reference number is 92921109A. I don't know what else to do but should this not be sorted out by tomorrow I will be cancelling my Telkom account which I have had for the last 16 odd years and just use my cellphone. I hope someone will get back to me urgently with regards to this and trusting my phone line will work.
