Cancellation not done as promised

I have attempted to cancel my father's account since it is no longer required. Firstly went in person to a branch in Oakdene, then called the call centre when it was found that nothing had happened. Lot's of promises to fix immediately and refund the payments taken after cancellation, yet the deductions continue.
