No DSL at home and no help from service consultant

Got home Wednesday evening and saw that my dsl line was off. Called Telkom and the service consultant and was informed that the problem was with my local exchange and that they're busy fixing it. My wife called back Thursday and Friday to which one of the responses to her was: "it'll be fixed when it's fixed". Very rude indeed. I pay for a service that I can't use. It's now Saturday and still no dsl access or propper feedback from Telkom.
