Never get any help from call centre

I logged a call on Thursday for a faulty phone line and was told I will be helped on Friday. I work from home so I was waiting the whole Friday only to get a sms the job is done yet no one was here and the problem persists. I called telkom only to be told I will be helped Friday or Saturday. I called telkom Saturday only to be told the call hasn't been given to a technician yet and will only be helped in 6 days this is unacceptable. Thanks to Telkom I was now notified that I am fired since I couldn't send through important documents to a client so I will be spending Christmas in the unemployment line. Thanks telkom your service made my Christmas a nice and one
