I took a data contract on 21 feb 2013. It was delivered on the 24th and was only activated on the 28th. I was told the contract that I have "night owl" would be included. This is not activated so I lodged a complaint on the 2nd of March and spoke to several people since then. No one from vodacom called me back!!! I'll need to call and follow up and every time ill be told to speak to a different department.
