There are no words to describe how I have been messed around by Vodacom in the past 3 months, and not enough space here to do so. Ordered an upgrade in early January. Mid March still NO UPGRADE to XXL package. Paying a fortune on month to month top up 1000, NO CONTRACT. Topping up with hundreds of rands every month because airtime for my business runs out by the 13 of the month. And I am stuck with the bills and making endless phone calls to Vodacom and still no resolution. Ive been promised call backs by managers that NEVER happen, and I spent 45 mins on the phone today explaining the problem and demanding cancellation of my month to month contract PLUS my upgrade. Not only did I wait for 45 mins I was then transferred to someone who called me 'caller' and knew nothing of my problem! AFTER 45 mins and numerous attempts to resolve, I was transferred to a RUDE agent, who told me she could cancel my contract (month to month) but NOT the upgrade. For crying out loud is there SOMEONE in Vodacom who can actually resolve something?! Thousands of complaints online, same issue, no service! Vodacom is appalling! They simply don't care how much they cost you and how much time they waste!
