I received a Nokia data card with a faulty sim card. I then had to do a sim swap, but the first consultant just activated it as a prepaid card. I then had to buy another sim card and 2 weeks later it is still not activated. The first time I phoned for the sim swap 2 weeks ago the report just disappeared. I phoned again on Monday and I am still waiting without service. When you call 140 they tell you the sim swap person is not available, seems they do not care at all to get there clients service.
I am fed up with the incompetence of Cell-C, I want a refund as I am paying 3 weeks already for something that is still not working.
