DATA CARD NOT ACTIVATED AFTER 5 MONTHS

I purchased a new VIP (expensive) contract from Vodacom through I4MOBILE in July. From the start the incorrect data/sim cards were delivered. Finally after a month I could use the phone. To this day I cannot use the Tablet as the data sim is still not activated. Over 30 phone calls later to Vodacom and I4Mobile with absolutely no results and being sent from pillar to post. Eventually I went to a Vodacom (store) in Festival Mall and PAID for another Sim card - I was assured this would solve the problem. NO it is not sorted. Ridiculously bad service and truly I do not know what to do further. Vodacom and their partner is completely incompetent. I would be absolutely shocked if these people even responded to this complaint.
