Poor Service delivery & failure to keep promises

I was contacted by MTN direct a month ago for an upgrade to my existing MTN contract. I was promised delivery within 3 - 7 days... Needless to say, I have not yet received my upgrade. The upgrade was for a Samsung Note, and the sim card was going to be changed to a Data Bundle... The sim card has been changed to a data sim, and I have been unable to make or receive calls for the past month, even tho I have been paying for it. I have already made 6 calls to complain and trying to get some answers... I HAVE EVEN BEEN TOLD THAT I AM UNABLE TO GET THE UPGRADE DEPARTMENTS TELEPHONE NUMBER WITHOUT UNDERGOING SECURITY CHECKS!!! How is that for bad service??? The only way for me to follow up, is to dial 808, and then answer a few questions, then get transferred to the Retentions.department, more questions, then to the upgrade department... NO!
Customer service is trying to exceed the customer's expectations! I don't think that MTN has any idea what service is...
