In October I applied for a internet contract which was approved and I received my device. In December I recieved another sms stating that I can collect a device. I ignored the sms because I already have a device. In January I receive 2 statements with different account numbers. I phone Nashua Mobile on 4 February and spoke to Prince and explain the holw sory to hm. He confirmed that the contract was duplicated and is sorted out. A amount of R435 was deducted from my cheque account on 1 March 2013 which I asked my bank to return. Today I received 2 statements again, I phoned Nashua Mobile and after 32 minutes waiting I spoke to Ntombi and she said that Prince send a e mail to Phumzile Malebo on 4 February and asked him to resolve my query he did not reply and Prince send a email again on 20 February with no reply yet. When I spoke to Ntombi today 8 March 2013 she said I must phone Nashua Mobile branch in Sandton and resolve the query. She said she wil also try from her side. I want to know why must I resolve the query when it is not a mistake done by me. Who is goiing to pay the bank charges and my telephone calls.
