I went into the Cell C store in Sandton in January, looking to get hold of the iPhone 5 16GB on Straight Up 200 before the deal ended (31/01/2013). A gentlemen informed me that I would be placed on a waiting list, which I was aware of prior to going in store, due to researching the product.

He asked for a copy of my ID, my cellphone number, which iPhone and colour I wanted. I gave him the details and was informed they were receiving stock in the new week and I would be contacted when my 'order', if one could call it that, arrived.

It is now 2 months down the line, I have made contact with the call centre and above mentioned branch, numerous times, just to be told that no stock has been received and I will be contacted as soon as it arrives.

I often struggle to get hold of the branch. I left Vodacom for Cell C but soon will have no option to go back, as my initial expereince with Cell C has been terrible.
