Poor service delivery from Nashua Mobile

I have applied for a iPhone 5 Cell C StraightUp 200 contract from Nashua Mobile Somerset West on 17 December 2012. It took Nashua Mobile 16 work days to notify me of an error on my Credit history. I corrected this error before the end of the second working day. The contract was approved on 9 January 2013 and I received the cell phone on the 27th of January 2013 after multiple past delivery dates. I converted my number to PrePaid once my previous contract was terminated.

I inserted the nano sim into the IPhone once I lost signal on my previous cell phone. I soon realised that I can make phone calls, send messages and use cellular data, but could not receive ANY phone calls or messages.
Since 2 February 2013 I have phoned the Nashua Mobile branch in Somerset West every single day (over 60 minutes of calltime) to resolve this issue.

It is very difficult to remain patient in this situation and the irresponsive staff are aggravating me even further. I have missed important calls and communication this week, literally costing me hundreds of rands and this can not continue any longer!

Now, 8 weeks later after even further false promises from the store manager I am desperate for help
