MTN not very loyal to their loyal customers

I upgraded my handset in September 2012, then in November my blackberry bold 9900 started giving me problems, it was switching off, not vibrating etc. In December I took to the MTN Shop in Springs Avenues, they took the phone in for repairs, promising it would be ready after 2-3 weeks. I did wait for the whole month for my phone. When I went to collect my phone, the told me they couldnt fix it because its water damage, the consultant (Samantha) who was assisting me was very loud and spoke with an attitude, then left me like that without me getting all the info I needed. I called MTN technical centre to ask about this, they told me they did check the phone and sent it back to MTN Springs the next with pics and explaining why they can't fix my phone, but MTN Springs didn't phone or communicate anything to me, I had to wait for the whole month before they could tell me this, where as they got feedback the next day. Now I am stuck with a useless phone which I'm paying for every month and it's still new. My friends did warn me abt this and they are suggesting I move to another network. I have been with MTN ever since I could remember and this is what I'm getting for my loyalty, sad!!
