I GOT A CELLPHONE UPGRADE FROM MTN ON THE 01/06/2012 . I GOT A 9900 BOLD . THE INITIAL PHONE I GOT STARTED GIVING ME PROBLEMS FROM NOVEMBERB 2012. ON THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER I TOOK IN AT MTN GREENSTONE. I HAD TO BUY A BLACKBERRY 9320 HANDSET FOR TEMPORARRY USE. TWO WEEKS LATER I WAS CALLED TO FETCH THE PHONE. A DAY LATER I RETURNED IT AGAIN BEACAUSE THE MOUSETRACK WAS FAULTY. I WAS GIVEN A THIRDS PHONE 4 DAYS LATER. NOW THAT THIRD PHONE IS REBOOTING ITSELF EVERY 5 MINUTES WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT THE INNITIAL PHONE DID. THIS BLACKBERRY 9900 REFURBISHED PHONES ARE EVEN MORE PROBLEMATIC THAN OTHER PHONES. WHY IS IT THAT BLACKBERRY DOES NOT GIVE PEOPLE NEW PHONES OR MAKE SURE THAT THE REPAIRS DONE ON THEIR HANDSET ARE QUALITY REPAIRS? I AM REALLY TIRED OF BLACKBERRY PROBLEMS. I F THEY DO NOT SORT OUT THEIR BAD QUALITY HANDSETS THEN THEY WILL REALLY LOOSE CUSTOMERS TO OTHER BRANDS.
