Now here is my problem, I opened my Telkom account in January 2013. And since then I've experienced Random DSL disconnections since then. It happens most nights between 6pm and 11pm. I find this as extremely poor service. I work from 8 am to 5 pm. So I can only use the internet for 1 hour? It doesn't happen every night, but I've had it happen to me 5 days in one week. I'm an online gamer and I cannot sit with these problems any longer. I've reported this fault probably more than 5 times already. And every time they say it has been fixed. And then the same day, nope it hasn't. I've had call centre agents and supervisors make promises and then Telkom doesn't keep them. This i poor customer service. I'm getting tired of this. As the first term states, "subject to network availability". Is my network only available 75% of the day? This needs to change.
