Paying for call sponse

I logged a complaint with Vodacom regarding billing that bills me for Call sponsor even though no call sponsor is active. The same for SMSes. Apparently they created a credit note for the call sponsor for January but again in February I am charged Call sponsor and SMS sponsor!!! Also the SMS sponsor for January has not been refunded. PLEASE, resolve my query. I have been struggling with this since December!!
