Good day,

Lets see if this little complaint will get a quicker response from an organisation whose lack of service and bad attitude towards customers is common knowledge.

I phoned in last month and complained about a debit order that went off my account, the consultant confirmed that this was in fact for a contract that was taken out but would not give me more info. I then asked that this transaction be reversed and the on my account be investigated. Two days later I've had no response and thus I requested my bank to reverse it from their side and I put a block on my account for future debit orders for this account.

I phoned beginning this week again to find out what happened with this investigation and was told that the enquiry was closed... hmmm which leads me to believe that Vodacom does not investigate claims? NOW, I want to know the following:

1. Was my banking details given in error by the person, i.e. an innocent mistake... doubt that.
2. Failing this finding, please let me know who this person is that used my bank account details and forward me the contracts docs so that I can open a case with the police, because Vodacom doesn't do this.
