Denied Package Deal

Im disappointed. Was booked into your hotel for a couple of days and told at reception that items included in the package were at extra cost. As I was not willing to incur costs to the sponsor of the room I was denied the offer presented to me by my sponsor.

No effort has been made to substitute the included items during my stay.
