I am still waiting for cell c to contact me regarding a matter i have reported to their team a month ago now. I returned my phone and it was approved for an out of box failure. I indicated at the time of return that in the event that the out of box failure is approved, I would not want a new handset as per my right according to the Consumer Protection Act and opted for a refund. I DONT WANT THE NEW PHONE, I WANT TO CANCEL IT
A refund in this case would be a cancellation of the contract, refund of my connection fee and the retun of the Cell C sim card to yourselves, . I fail to understand why till now this isnt clear as what I suspect shall happen is that I shall be billed for a handset at the end of March that isnt in my possession. I dont want this happening. I have recieved an email from a S Mhlongo to which i responded to and havent recieved feedback, i cnat get through to you call centre as it keeps stating some technical area. Im getting fedup now.
