No Update on my Data Account

I'm disappointed with MTN the way they handle things. yesterday morning i bought data bundle but it never updated my account, then later during the day called the customer care. An Agent said they system its slow for updates which reflects that i did buy some data bundle but some how not updating my account. So she said i should wait approximately 3 hours for update which it has not done and now i have to you my airtime for connection. this really. MTN real big time
