Airtime used instead of data bundle and no feedbak

I have an unresolved issue with mtn which is ongoing for more then a month now and every time (4 times) I phone the operator just tells me that the issue is still open and that they are busy investigating and there is nothing i can do but just wait. my issue reference is 102650157.

It is rather dissapointing as i have never had issues like this with mtn before and i have been with them for almost 14 years now.

my issue is simple. I bought a 1GB bundle, which by the way i thought i was getting another 1GB free, but i was probably wrong, the reason i bought the bundle was, i got the new Samsung GS4 and i wanted to do software updates OTA. Then i got the sms to say you have succesfully bought the 1GB and i looked at my airtime and saw about R120 airtime 1000.00 MB of Data. then i did the updates and went to sleep.

I woke up and was very glad to see that all my updates succesfully done. checked my airtime and viola i have about R10 airtime 1000.00 MB of Data left. This is when i opened issue 102650157. I just want my airtime back and you can take the data from my bundle whatever is left of it now.
