No response from Cell C after continued requests

I upgraded my CELL C contract in November 2012. I was billed correctly the first month according to the quotation from the shop, in December my basic service charge was almost doubled, and my detailed invoice stated that all the calls, sms's and data activity took place on one day. I called the Customer services number 8 times over the following week to ask for assistance and an explanation, to be told that they could not help with an accounts query, but that they would escalate to accounts and someone would call me. I the received my January account and found that they had still not credited me AND still not called, sms's or emailed me in response. I called them again and was once again told that the query would be escalated. Now is 7 Feb and still NO CALL, SMS, EMAIL or response of any kind from Cell C. I am a captive audience because if I cancel my stop order they will simply disconnect my account and this is a business phone... There is no way of speaking to anyone in accounts, no access number to any one in a management position. Absolutely appalling!
