CELL C FAIL TO HELP ME. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE

Cell C failed to warn me before my line was cut out due to insufficient funds in my account. this was due to a 3rd party, Bonjourno, which somehow I subscribed to and ended up being charged R4.50 a day! I was never warned that I was paying R4.50!! After screaming at a poor operator to help me with this he said I had to call them and cancel!! he gave me 4 numbers and all were voicemails which cut out before you could leave a message.! OPPORTUNISTS!! I told the operator to have a manager call me.. NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME SINCE. I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE THE AMOUNT. I HAD TO GO INTO CELL C TO FIND OUT THAT THIS COMPANY WAS CHARGING ME R4.50 A DAY. I WAS NEVER WARNED THAT THEY ARE CUTTING MY SERVICE. I told them to cancel my debit order I would pay every month because I dont trust them. NO ONE HAS LET ME KNOW IF THIS HAS HAPPENED OR TO FOLLOW UP ON THIS GRAVE MATTER. CELL C ALLOWS THESE DODGY 3RD PARTY COMPANIES TO CHARGE THROUGH THEM WITHOUT ANY CLIENT AWARENESS OR ASSISTANCE IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL!! CELL C HAVE LET ME DOWN AND STILL HAVE NOT EVEN FOLLOWED UP TO CLARIFY ANYTHING!!! SERIOUS COSTUMER SERVICE FAILURE. IAM A CONTRACT HOLDER AND FEEL LIKE THEY DONT HAVE MY BACK AT ALL.
