BILLED SINCE NOV 2012 WHEN CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED

In Nov 2012 I took out a deal with Nashua Mobile for a Cellphone with a Play Station 3. The contract was cancelled two days later via telephone with Aneesa a Frontline consultant at the Gateway Store. Aneesa assured me that the contract will be cancelled and that I did need to worry about anything further. Taking her words, I took out a better deal with GAME that weekend. I received a statement via email on the 4/12/12 for an amount of R2393.99. Again I called and was assured that this was not correct and no debit would occur. Needless to say I was debited at the end of December for this amount. I called the store again and also visited to resolve, Aneesa was on leave and I was promised that a Manager will call. I received no call! I am now totally frustrated. I have another bill for R320, 58 for Jan 2013. I can't understand how I am being charged on a monthly basis for something I do not have and I am appaulled at the lack of concern or feedback from Nashua Mobile. No Refund, No Apology, No Call and No Resolution since November 2012! Pathetic!
