Refund Inadequately honored

I was on MTN contract for 2 years until March this year. After this contract was done, I was called once in regards to upgrading, I have not upgraded and assumed that the contract will be stopped. I have not even been given the coutesy call to tell me that once the contract is finished I will be billed on a month-to-month basis. I have then been billed R189 since March (The price of the full contract premium). I called MTN, after numerous attempts (they dont even have a proper call management system, you get cut off if there is no consultants available.) to get a refund. I was initially told I will be give a full refund of R89 p/m after the contract has expired (ref of calls : 102316232, 102316681) but when I called again today they said that I will only be given R160 something. What happened to the rest of my money? Is this or what? I was told I will be given a refund of - R400 because I was paying for a device (R89p/m X 5) that was already paid off 5 months ago. I need an explanation of why this is so and when will I be given my full refund as per verbal agreement!!

Also, please upgrade you public SLA because frankly, it is!!
