Network problem in my area

I m a loyal customer of MTN and Vodacom, but the problem is the reception in my area i called mtn but they told me that we must complain for that as a group not individual, the reception is always breaking so you need to be in the position that have the network other than that you cant even put you fone in the pocket otherwise it will lose reception and break the call
