Network problems

Hi, I've been with Mtn for over 10 years now and I have sent an email previously to them and they said they are gona do something about but have not done anything. The network reception is I along with my neighbors can't make calls nor be on the internet because there is no network reception at all and I'm now thinking of crossing over to vodacom or cell C because their reception is much better than mtn. I demand them to do something about it.
