Our Telkom line went down on 19 February 2013. After numerous phone calls to the Call Centre, it was finally repaired on 01 March 2013, only to go down AGAIN on Monday 04 March 2013. You can speak to no one who can actually help you with your problem or who can tell you what the fault on the line is and why it keeps breaking!
