Hi, I have had no Telkom voice facilities to my residential number since 23rd march 2013. I ave called the fault logging centre on numerous occasions only to be told that the problem is in the exchange. I have been promised on numerous occasions that this problem will be fixed.

Telkom please address immediately as continuous calls to your adult canter which take in average 20 min to be answered is costing a hefty cellular bill. I want my Telkom restored within 24hours.

My fault ref is 1454cwk020413. I am requesting your senior technical manager call me on my cellular to give me feedback
