Still no reasons!

Hi again Vodacom,
To date, I am still pulling my hair out over your network issues. My calls still take a few attempts before i get through, they still drop after a minute or so and I'm still more than willing to switch to another SP. The only thing holding me back is my contract which expires in November.
I was promised that a technician will visit me at my premises and sort out "everything". A month or so later and I am still waiting to here their knock on my door!
Can someone (who knows) explain what is going on?
