Ordered an upgrade in Jan and it was approved. After 2 weeks and still no phone or assistance I cancelled it and my contract from end March with Mathilda Pieterse. She confirmed the cancellation.
I then received my invoice and had been charged for the new handset that I never received. I queried this and Mathilda confirmed that the amount would be reversed. Nothing happened and the next invoice had not credit and the handset had been invoiced again. Again I queried but Mathilda said it wasnt her problem. Customer services said only she could fix it. Now the March invoice doesnt have the handset charge, but also no credit.
Furthermore, despite cancelling the contract as at end March, their systems show the request, but no date that it will be effected.
In the meantime they have my money for a third month and I face the prospect of them taking more because they "forget" to cancel the contract at the end of March...
