Still taking my money after canceling in Sep 2012

I cancelled my contract with Nashua Mobile in September 2012. Since then they keep deducting money from my account. Every month I phone them and then they say it is because something was not cancelled. Then I tell them to cancel everything and refund me. They tell me that everything is cancelled and refund me and then the following month the same thing happens again... How many times must I tell someone to cancel everything to do with Nashua Mobile... It is now 05 March 2013 and I received another invoice and sms's saying that my line is suspended until I pay the invoice. I just spoke to someone who says that it she will now correct this. I will be waiting for next month to see if this happens or not.
